Shit guy @ fu3dtank always share assets at hare to CGPersia for free. Why mod or admin not check this shit guy and banned it forever at here?

I don't known why admin or mod not banned that guy. His always get it here and share at CGPersia.
I think we could check IP Address. And banned @fu3dtank via IP Address forever here. So his could not register or login into here.

And admin or Mod can check users that download that asset of @ZackD on above thread. Except me. Admin could check that who have IP at china or not. But i guess that is @longer167 or @waelink on my image.

Please, Admin or Mod can review and banned that guy ? I think most people here also want to that
