Bug Bot机器人外科设计图纸3d打印模型下载

Bug Bot is an Arduino Nano controlled robot bug, inspired by the project in the Make: Arduino Bots And Gadgets book, that wanders around your home autonomously. When he detects an object in from of him he backs off, turns and runs away before resuming his wandering.
Bug Bot would make a great starter project for anyone wanting to get into Arduino, servo control and robots. The code is on the files pages so you can amend his behavior to your hearts content. total build cost is around £25.00

BOM
1 x Printed Body
1 x Arduino Nano
1 x 7805 5V Regulator
1 x HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor (or Ping Sensor if you mod the code)
2 x HS85 Type Servo (18G)
2 x LiPoly 300mAH Lithium Battery
1 x Wire Coat Hanger (for the legs)
3 x No.4 10mm Self Tapping Screws
50mm Double Sided Foam Tape
200mm Thin Wire (to attach the legs to the servo horns)
Various Connectors
The 7805 5V regulator is used as the servos draw too much current for my clone Nano. I soldered the +Ve and -Ve pins direct to the Nano and used a connector on the 5V out to take power to the servos and the HC-SR04 sensor. I didn't incorporate a switch as the battery connector is exposed making it easy to disconnect power. The two batteries are wired in series giving a 7.2V supply to Vin
Pins used on the Nano are :-
11 - Front Servo
10 - Rear Servo
9 - Trigger Pin
8 - Echo Pin
Vin - 7.2V Supply
Gnd - 0V Supply
The legs can be a bit fiddly to bend but use the images as a guide and then play around with them until your Bug Bot walks just right. The legs are secured to the servo horns with bits of twisted wire through the holes in the horns. You could use hot glue too.
It's important to orient the two servos correctly. The front servo fits with the horn nearest the floor and the rear with the horn nearest the rear.
The images should make assembly very straightforward but feel free to post a comment if anything is unclear. I prefer the comments option rather than the private message function as it saves having to answer the same question a number of times.
