武夷山旅游城市IP设计征集活动

活动背景

中国五千年文化源远流长且博大精深,文化资源十分丰富,福建省武夷山市尤其如此。为活化中国传统文化及自然资源,创新城市文旅品牌形象,武夷山市人民政府与清华大学文化创意发展研究院联合举办“武夷山旅游城市IP设计征集活动”,助力凝练中国符号,树立中国文化自信。

 

组织构架

主办单位:武夷山市人民政府、清华大学文化创意发展研究院

 

征集方向

1.品牌标识设计

结合武夷山地方特色,深度挖掘武夷山文化内涵,为武夷山市设计品牌标识(须包括LOGO设计、宣传标语口号设计)及衍生应用场景。

2.IP形象设计

以武夷山文化为背景的IP形象设计推荐思路:

1)生态动植物类,如“金斑喙凤蝶”、“穿山甲”等生物(首选);

2)“茶类”和武夷山“山水”等方面的形象设计;

3)其他具有代表性的形象设计;

设计出属于武夷山的IP形象及其衍生文创产品,用创意设计作品带动武夷山文创文旅的发展,内容包括但不限于动漫形象、平面设计、衍生品、表情包、系列海报、纪念品等。

3.宣传标语设计

结合武夷山当地的文化、风景、民俗、农业等因素进行标语口号设计,作品包含但不限于口号内容、字体设计等。

 

活动安排

1.活动发布

2021年10月10日,正式发布

2.作品征集及评选

2021年10月31日,作品征集截止

2021年11月3日-11月4日,作品初筛,启动线上展示投票

2021年11月6日-11月9日,作品终评,评选出获奖作品

3. 颁奖仪式

2021年11月16日(暂定),颁奖仪式,组委会公布结果

 

奖金设置

总奖金:20万元

(一)品牌标识设计:

一等奖,1名,40,000元/名

二等奖,1名,20,000元/名

三等奖,1名,10,000元/名

(二)IP形象设计:

一等奖,1名,40,000元/名

二等奖,1名,20,000元/名

三等奖,1名,10,000元/名

(三)宣传标语设计:

一等奖,1名,30,000元/名

二等奖,1名,18,000元/名

三等奖,1名,10,000元/名

(四)人气奖:

投票票数排名前两位,每名奖励1000元

Solicitation Activity of Tourist City IP Design of Wuyi Mountain

 

Activity background

The five thousand years of Chinese culture has a long history and profoundness, and is rich in cultural resources, especially in Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. In order to activate Chinese traditional culture and natural resources and innovate the brand and image of urban culture and tourism, Wuyishan Municipal People's Government and the Institute for Cultural Creativity of Tsinghua University jointly held the "Solicitation Activity of Tourist City IP Design of Wuyi Mountain" to assist Chinese symbols condensed and establish confidence in Chinese culture.

Organization Structure

Host Organization: Wuyishan Municipal People's Government, Institute of Cultural and Institute for Cultural Creativity of Tsinghua University

 

Solicitation Direction

1. Brand identity design

Design the brand identity (including LOGO design, publicity slogan design) and derivative application scenes for Wuyishan City, combined with the local characteristics of Wuyi Mountain, and deeply explore the cultural connotation of Wuyi Mountain.

2. IP Image Design

Recommended Thoughts of IP Image Design with Wuyi Mountain Culture as the background:

1) Design based on ecological animals and plants, such as "Teinopalpus aureus Mell", "Squama manitis" or other organisms (preferred);

2) The image design thoughts under "tea" and the "landscape" of Wuyi Mountain;

3) Other representational image designs;

Design the Wuyi Mountain IP image and its cultural and creative derivative products, and use creative design works to promote the development of cultural creative and cultural tourism in Wuyi Mountain, the content includes but is not limited to anime images, graphic designs, derivatives, emoticons, series of posters, souvenirs, etc.

3. Propaganda slogan design

Design the slogan based on the local culture, scenery, folk customs, agriculture, and other factors, design works include but are not limited to slogan content, font design, etc.

Activity arrangement

1. Activity publishment

October 10, 2021, officially publishment of activity

2. Solicitation and selection of design works

October 31, 2021, Closed of collection of the design works

November 3 - November 4, 2021, Initial screening of design works, and the start of online display voting

November 6 - November 9, 2021, Final evaluation of design works, and selection of award-winning works

3. Award ceremony

November 16, 2021 (provisional), Award ceremony, the organizing committee announced the results

 

Prize settings

Total prize:200,000.00 CNY

(I) Brand identity design:

First prize, 1 person, 40,000.00 CNY

Second prize, 1 person, 20,000.00 CNY

Third prize, 1 person, 10,000.00 CNY

(II) IP image design:

First prize, 1 person, 40,000.00 CNY

Second prize, 1 person, 20,000.00 CNY

Third prize, 1 person, 10,000.00 CNY

(III)  Propaganda slogan design

First prize, 1 person, 30,000.00 CNY

Second prize, 1 person, 18,000.00 CNY

Third prize, 1 person, 10,000.00 CNY

(IV) Popularity Award:

The top two with the highest number of votes, each rewarded 1,000.00 CNY
