『明天雕塑奖』创立于2013年，由四川美术学院与四川明天文化艺术投资管理有限公司联合发起并主办，2019年与五粮液达成战略合作关系，成为奖项独家支持伙伴。2024年，『明天雕塑奖』即将迎来第十一届的举办，作为一个具备全国影响力的专业奖项，经过持续十二年的深耕，逐步从对艺术作品的塑造，走向对历史、文化及社会的深度思考。

 

『明天雕塑奖』坚持立足于当下，以“全球地方化”的开放性视域，探寻雕塑本体语言与时代思潮的张力关系，呈现艺术作为创造性思维对社会意识的深度书写。『明天雕塑奖』，一个持续行动中的现场，期待在交错的视野与时空共振中，描绘当代雕塑的未来图景。

Tomorrow Sculpture Awards was founded in 2013，jointly initiated and sponsored by Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and Tomorrow Culture Co., Ltd. Since 2019, Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd has become our strategic partnership and the exclusive support partner. In 2024, the 11^st Tomorrow Sculpture Award will be held soon. As a professional award with national influence, after twelve years of deep cultivation, it has gradually moved from shaping artistic works to in-depth thinking on history, culture and society.

 

Tomorrow Sculpture Award insists on being based on the present，explores the tension relationship between sculpture ontology language and zeitgeist with the open vision of "Glocalization "，and presents art as creative thinking in promoting the formation of social consciousness. Tomorrow Sculpture Award，a site in continuous action, looks forward to depicting the future of contemporary sculpture in an interlacing vision and resonance of time and space.

本奖旨在鼓励致力于雕塑创作并富有创造精神的青年艺术家与优秀在校学子，推介具有原创性及创新性审美意识与文化内涵的优秀作品。

Purpose

This award is aimed to inspire the young artists and outstanding students who insist on making sculpture with creative spirit. It will promote excellent works with original and innovative aesthetic awareness and cultural connotation.

The Process of Application

Appliers can send the related information in the form of CD to the office of Sculpture Department, The School of Fine Arts of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute,or send the compressed files to the E-mail address:  mingtiandiaosu@126.com.

 

提交资料

1. 个人中英文简历与近照一张（请注明联系方式）；

2. 个人作品需近两年内的创作，且不能是毕业作品；

3. 500字以内的中英文作品阐述或作品说明；

4. 作品照片为JPG或TIF格式，需达到印刷精度。

Material Requested

1.Personal resume in Chinese and English, recent photo of sculpturer and contact information;

2.The work should be made in the recent two years and should not be the graduation work;

3.The illustration or instructions of the work in Chineses and English within 500 words;

4.The form of pictures about the work should be JPG or TIF and need to be printed in required accuracy.

 

 

将从申请艺术家中选出20位入围艺术家参加“入围暨获奖作品展”和终评评奖。入围艺术家须准备6分钟演讲PPT，在“明天艺术演讲秀暨颁奖典礼”上进行艺术演讲，由五位终评评委结合现场作品，评选出四位获奖艺术家和一位大奖获得者。

The Selection of The Exhibition

We will select 20 artists among the applicants into the final selection, and their all art works will exhibit in “Shortlisted and Award-winning Works Exhibition”Those 20 artists should prepare an around 6 minutes presentation with PowerPoint in "Tomorrow Art Presentation Show and Award Ceremony". The five final assessments will select four winners and one award winner based on their presentation and their work.
 

获奖名额、奖金与颁奖

申请作品通过初评选出20位入围艺术家参加展览，终评评委通过现场展览及作品讲演，从中评选出5件获奖作品，并在5件获奖作品中评选1件大奖作品。大奖作品奖励人民币拾万元，获奖作品奖励人民币贰万元。

 

入围及获奖作品将参加2024第十一届五粮液『明天雕塑奖』入围暨获奖作品展，并结集成书，出版发行。20位获奖艺术家将受邀参加在中国重庆四川美术学院举行的颁奖仪式。

Numbers of The Awards, Bonus And Awards Ceremony

There will be 20 artists who can participate in the exhibition according to the preliminary selection. The final assessments will select five outstanding works among the 20 based on the speech show as well as the work itself. What’s more, they will also select one piece of work to be the best award. The best one work will obtain 100,000 RMB and the other four will obtain 20,000 RMB as the bonus.

 

Shortlisted candidates and winners will attend “2024 The 11^th Wuliangye- Tomorrow Sculpture Awards Shortlisted and Award-winning Works Exhibition” and the works can be published as a book. The 20 artists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony in Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in Chongqing，China.
